I wrote this article on my wedding anniversary and so was delighted to be writing about using self-hypnosis for enhancing relationships. Before I took my training in NLP I had one of those brains that always turned a positive statement into a negative one. A childhood filled with sarcastic and biting critical remarks had led me to believe that to be cynical was to be smart. It didn’t take one hour to create the weight issue or smoking habit, and it certainly won’t take one hour to excise it from the unconscious mind either.
